
Catherine joined Del Galdo Law Group, LLC in 2020 as a law clerk and was sworn in as an attorney in November of 2021. Catherine is a litigator serving as counsel for various municipalities and private entities in both State and Federal court. In addition, she assists public-sector clients in timely compliance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. Prior to joining the Firm, Catherine gained litigation experience at a boutique family law firm and a boutique municipal law firm.
Catherine is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law. While in law school, Catherine volunteered her time at Ascend Justice assisting survivors of gender-based violence obtain Emergency Orders of Protection. She received Dean’s List honors and a certificate in Child and Family Law. Catherine was awarded the Chancellor’s Award for Service in recognition of her 100+ hours of volunteer work during her law school tenure.
Catherine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Relations from Loyola University Chicago, where she interned in the Office of Senator Richard J. Durbin and volunteered on several political campaigns. She is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, and the Young Irish Fellowship Club of Chicago.
