Emily M. Tulloch
Emily M. Tulloch concentrates her practice in the areas of school law and labor and employment law. Ms. Tulloch represents the firm’s school district clients on a variety of matters, including special education, student discipline, collective bargaining agreements, employee misconduct, teacher dismissals, and discrimination claims.
Ms. Tulloch earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in African & African-American Studies and International Sustainable Development. Ms. Tulloch went on to earn her Juris Doctor and certificate in Child and Family Law from Loyola Chicago School of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, Ms. Tulloch was a member and senior articles editor of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal, the president of the Education Law & Policy Society, and interned with the Loyola Childlaw Clinic. Ms. Tulloch also gained valuable internship experience at the Department of Education and Office of Civil Rights, before clerking at Del Galdo Law Group, LLC.
