Jack Naliwajko

Jack joined Del Galdo Law Group, LLC in 2024

Jack is a litigator serving primarily as defense counsel for public entities including villages, townships, and other municipalities in both State and Federal Court. In addition to general litigation, Jack’s area of focus includes constitutional, civil rights, and commercial litigation.

Jack’s experience is predominantly in civil defense and includes medical malpractice, municipality, construction, commercial automobile, contract, nursing home, and premises liability. Jack has appeared numerous times in State and Federal Court, taken and defended depositions, and argued a variety of motions in before Judges.
