Jessica R. Fese
Jessica Fese concentrates her practice on municipal, transactional, and real estate law. Jessica focuses on the representation of local units of government and their officials. She enjoys working on complex real estate development projects for municipal and private clients, and represents clients on a myriad of matters relating to the day to day operations of municipal government.

- Advised local governments on issues related to federal, state and local laws, including OMA and FOIA related issues
- Prepared legislation, redevelopment agreements, policies, and various contracts for governmental clients
