Roberto Martell Jr.

Roberto joined Del Galdo Law Group, LLC in 2024.

Roberto earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and History from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He went on to earn his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Roberto's litigation experience began as a law clerk for the Honorable Brigid McGrath in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division. He began his legal career in public service the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. He now has 10+ years of experience representing clients in both the public and private sectors. His background includes work in legal tech, workers compensation, benefit fund representation, and insurance defense. He has litigated matters before a variety of authorities and jurisdictions, including administrative boards, state court, and federal court.

In addition to English, Roberto is fluent in Spanish.
