Tristan

Tristan focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing public and private sector clients as well as assisting municipal clients with prosecutions.

Tristan joined the Delgado law group in 2026, coming from nearly a decade of practicing criminal law as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney. Before that Tristan practiced insurance defense litigation after graduating from law school. Tristan has taken numerous DUI and Felony matters to verdict as both a prosecutor and defense attorney as well as previously serving as a volunteer GAL with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. Prior to law school Tristan served in the United States Army Reserves and deployed to Iraq as well as being an EMT in Chicago.
