Vlado Vranjes - Senior Counsel

Vlado Vranjes concentrates his practice in municipal law. Mr. Vranjes advises and represents the firm’s clients on a variety of matters, including municipal administration, real estate matters, contracts, and employment issues. Mr. Vranjes drafts ordinances, resolutions, and policies for units of local government.

Prior to joining Del Galdo Law Group, Mr. Vranjes served as the Corporation Counsel for the city of Elkhart, Indiana for 20 years. During that time, Mr. Vranjes provided legal counsel and representation to numerous municipal officials, boards, commissions, and staff. He handled a wide range of legal matters pertaining to municipal law, open meeting law, public records law, real estate law, labor and employment law, constitutional law, torts, and contracts. Prior to working for the city of Elkhart, Mr. Vranjes worked as the Staff Attorney for the city of Mishawaka, Indiana where he provided legal counsel and representation to municipal officials and employees on a wide range of legal matters involving municipal law, public records law, open meeting law, contracts, labor and employment issues, zoning matters, and ordinance violation prosecution.

Mr. Vranjes graduated from De Paul University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History. Mr. Vranjes earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Indiana.
