Our Firm represents elementary and high school districts, community colleges and institutions of private learning in all matters. Our representation includes the areas of labor and employment, special education, student discipline and residency, governing procedures and policies, transactional and contractual issues, and litigation initiated via administrative agencies or state/federal court.
Our Firm specializes in labor negotiations with unions for the purpose of entering into and extending collective bargaining agreements, negotiating contracts for individuals who are not represented by a union or bargaining representative, the administrators and other employees who are in the management of the educational entity and contract employees or employment agencies tasked with providing employees who perform specific services. Our Firm’s attorneys advise our clients on the interpretation and implementation of the client’s policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with local, state and federal administrative regulations and statutes.
